In the bid to keep Koidu city clean and tidy, KNSCC has instituted a robust collection and disposal of garbage all over the city with specific attention to Central Business District (CBD) and the two main markets (Tankoro and Gbense ) respectively.
Before now the entire City was full of illegal garbage dumping sites as a result of the presence of too many illegal garbage collectors across the City. The purpose of this action, KNSCC decided to remove all illegal garbage disposal sites within the City by introducing a daily collection and disposal garbage to the dump site to maintain cleaner city for the well-being of its residents.
